Planting day - Bright-Eyed Brown Butterfly Restoration Project

Hepburn Shire Council, the Healthy Coliban Catchment partnership and local environment groups invite you to an event to celebrate the next stage of a three-year project to restore habitat of the Bright-eyed Brown Butterfly along the upper Coliban River in Trentham.

Join us in celebrating the Bright-eyed Brown Butterfly by taking steps to protect these significant butterflies and the vital ecosystems they call home.

Hepburn Shire council & Local environmental groups will provide the plants and tools for the day and staff to assist. Please bring garden gloves and wear appropriate footwear.

Free BBQ lunch provided to thank participants for their efforts!

Location: Trent Creek at the Chinese Spring, Trentham
