A presentation and discussion with Karl Kny whose passion is sustainable land management and regenerative forestry.

For more than 30 years he and his wife have been managing their farm and wildlife shelter – “Kolora” in the Macedon Ranges to balance environmental and human needs. Karl has been involved in plantation forestry since the 1980’s and in particular has overseen the management of plantations and conservation forests across Australasia on behalf of superfunds and global investors. His talk will cover global trends, regional examples and what specific actions can be taken locally.

Venue: Trentham Neighbourhood Centre
